I hope everyone had a joyus holiday and rang in the New Year with friends and good times! It's hard to believe we're already into 2012 - just think of all the happenings and memories we've had in our new home in only a few short years. It sure has gone fast. We've got many, many more to look forward to.

  December was a great month of family activities and fundraisers. There were nothing but great comments from the kids' Christmas party, and the bake sale efforts broke a record! Hats off to all the volunteers who helped pull everything together. That's what it's all about - members volunteering to help make our club a better place.

  Remember to be thankful for all those who donate their time to make these events happen.

  There will be many more activities coming up early this year. Bus trips, bands, and of course, the Eagles Cancer Telethon! Be sure to come to the Civic Center or tune your TV to watch the excitement and all the talent! Let's see if we can break our record for donations this year!
